PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The J1 Agric Exchange programme is well-structured and monitored. It ensures that training objectives are achieved and adheres to programme rules. Our organisation collaborates with partners in the USA to guide you through the application process and provide support throughout your training.

A. Enrollment Fee — US$100
Applicants are required to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $100 per enrollment for any of our J-1 internship or traineeship programs, which includes preliminary screening and consideration for U.S. program candidacy.
This fee is non-refundable.
B. Program Acceptance Fee
Upon acceptance for the J-1 internship or traineeship program participants are required to pay the fees as indicated below.
C. Confirmation of US Host Placement
After payment of the required program fees, our program partners will then confirm your U.S. Host placement, and issue and deliver your visa documentation so that we may schedule your visa interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in Ghana.

- Insurance ID/Health & Safety Pocket Guide:
This guide contains important information about your travel insurance and serves as your insurance card. Write your DS-2019 number on your insurance card in the space titled ‘Member ID.’ When you are in the U.S. keep this card with you at all times since it will be required if you seek medical assistance. Your Health & Safety guide also contains useful health and safety tips.
